Welcome warmer weather with us at The Davis. April is the last full month of the spring semester, which means finals are coming up! Join us on April 23 for Breakfast on the Go to kick off finals week, and on April 18, we’re celebrating graduates with a Graduation Cap Decorating event. If you have any questions about renewing your lease, please contact the front office for availability.
We also love hearing feedback! If there’s something you would like to see improved on the property or have any questions or ideas, please stop by.
If you have a maintenance emergency, such as an overflowing toilet, leaking tub, no running water, or no heat/air, please call (252) 758-5551 and follow the directions to be forwarded to the on-call Community Assistant.
If you have a non-emergency maintenance issue, please visit or call the leasing office. When the office is closed, you can submit service requests online through your resident portal.
