Explore the Greenville Greenways.

Taking a walk or bike ride through Greenville’s greenway system is a free activity you can do any day of the week. There are over 20 miles of intertwined trails that meander through the woods and past rivers, collectively known as the Greenville Greenways. The trails are wide and paved. While you’re exploring the trails, you’ll come across many parks. The greenway connects Town Commons Park, Green Springs Park, and Elm Street Park. There is also a dog park you can access via the greenway and more information on it further down. View a map of the greenway.

Green Trail Outside

Exercise and play with your dog at the Greenville Off-Leash Dog Park.

Dogs give people a great reason to get outside and play. There’s nothing a dog loves more than chasing down a tennis ball or frisbee. You can play with your dog and let him run freely at the Greenville Off-Leash Dog Park. The park is fully fenced with separate areas for large and small dogs. You can find the park at 200 North Ash Street between First Street and the Tar River. Before you go, get detailed park information online.
